In Interno giorno, la quotidianità si trasforma in una scena irreale. Una figura femminile bionda,
elegante e statuaria, siede al centro come un’icona televisiva: il volto cancellato la priva di
identità, trasformandola in simbolo di una presenza universale e anonima. Attorno a lei, lo spazio
si incendia di rossi e gialli brucianti, mentre sullo sfondo sagome indistinte evocano un pubblico
o una folla senza volto. Il titolo, mutuato dal linguaggio cinematografico, amplifica il senso di
artificio e finzione, restituendo allo spettatore un “set” in cui l’umanità appare smarrita. L’opera
riflette sulla spettacolarizzazione del vuoto e sull’illusione di una scena che, pur accesa di colore,
è segnata dall’assenza.

In Interior Day, everyday life turns into an unreal scene. A blonde, elegant, and statuesque
female figure sits at the center like a television icon: her erased face deprives her of identity,
transforming her into a symbol of universal and anonymous presence. Around her, the space
burns with blazing reds and yellows, while in the background indistinct silhouettes evoke a
faceless audience or crowd. The title, borrowed from cinematic language, amplifies the sense of
artifice and fiction, presenting the viewer with a “set” where humanity seems lost. The work
reflects on the spectacularization of emptiness and on the illusion of a stage which, though
vibrant in color, is marked by absence.
